Here's a genuine O-101:
the O-102 has a slightly more slender final "1", and has 5 berries and 12 arrows on the reverse.

Whatever it is the mark looks far over the 0 to be from a 1807. Maybe the whole coins a fake.

It's no 1801, for sure. There is only one 1801 obverse, and you can see right away that the first star on the left is in the wrong place relative to the hair.
The coin is an altered 1807 Overton 106.
I informed the seller, let's see what happens...
