PCGS membership
I collect mostly modern proofs. Is there any reason I need to pay for the PCGS membership? Should I just used the freebie and pay $16 per coin?

I can think of a dozen reasons not to have high capacity magazines, but it's the reasons I haven't thought about that I need them.

It just depends on how many coins you plan on submitting.
If you pay $99 a year and get 4 free that leaves you with $51 / $4 savings = 13 coins to break even.
So if you plan on submitting 13 or more coins a year you'll come out ahead.

relayer.......The quanity of coins you submit has nothing to do with it. It is the submisson results that count. All it takes is one good hit and the Membership fees are more than paid for.

Perhaps before I put down good money on a membership I will try the freebie membership. I can always upgrade later.
