How about some good dealer stories?

I recently sold some stuff back that I only had for about a year, but was sick of looking at. The dealer bought everything back for at least what I paid for it, and in one case, he paid more.

As a newbie you would think I would have horror stories, but the dealer I have found ( a friend told me of the place. My friend collected silver bar not coin, so I thought that it would be a place to get modern stuff) has really been helpful. He has shown me soo much and has turned good deals for me of the little stuff that I have bought. Yesterday I got 2 capped bust halfs, mind you on the low end. Was very happy with what I was charged.

So there is a happy story. I hope to have many more

I've got one about the guys at SIMCO...several years back when the market was really dead, I bought two ultimate rainbow coins from them for ASK++ money...a 41 Merc proof in NGC 68 and a 42 Walker proof in NGC 68...each now sits in a 68* holder and is worth 3 to 4 times what they charged me...Moral: Good dealers consistently sell quality coins at fair prices...that's my "good dealer" story.
