NEW PCGS MULTI HOLDERS

Hello David,
On this past Friday afternoon, I was looking at the set registry forum when one of the members posted a new multi holder gold coin set picture issued by PCGS. What surprised me the most was that this was the FIRST time I had even heard a rumor that PCGS would be doing the multi holder. How come this was not announced in advance? As a collectors club member, I would like to think that we would be informed of major changes in product design BEFORE they are announced to the general public and before they just show up on the coin boards. The 4 and 5 coin holders are still in the testing stage. Only a few dealers are offering them.
