    russ, if i get my old computer runnin would you be interested in that. i know its not a new computer or of the last 2 years but it wil allow you home acess to this website. might be a little slow but better than not being with us.

    Wow! That's an amazingly generous offer and really nice of you. But, the reason I don't have a computer at home is because that's the business I'm in. By the time I get done at the end of the day, I don't want to be anywhere near one!

    Never at work. For all the talk about how the Gov't wastes money personal use of Gov't computers is an area the Air Force is certainly tight in.

    Definately not. I work in a 24/7 workcenter for the Air Force and rotate shifts. When I work afternoon/evening shift or the graveyard shift, I'm on here ALOT reading most forums. :-) It's alot of fun, definately more fun than writing performance reports for the airman. :-)

    I have the site bookmarked at work, so I can read but have a rule with myself not to post from there, so as not to spend too much time away from my duties... besides, my coins and camera are at home anyway, and all I'd have to contribute without those would be idle chit chat and links to fraudulent ebay auctions. image

    Here at work about six months ago they added high speed internet access to our computers here at the hospital and at the same time sent a memo to all departments a memo that access could be monitored (and our dept only an additional memo telling us that if we did use it our pay would be docked.). So I bring my own laptop in with me and tie it into the phonelines rather than our computer network and use my own dialup service to avoid their monitors. Then once my work is caught up I sur here to my hearts content.
