Correcting Errors

I have a bunch of cards which are mislabeled (i.e., flip says card is a 71 when the card is a 69, etc.). Do I contact someone at PSA first, before sending them in?
Thanks,
Robert

I just send them in on an invoice marked "mechanical error". There is no charge for this service.

I contacted PSA about similar problems with some cards I bought. Carlos' response is 100% right on. Here was their message in reply:
If indeed the cards are mislabeled, just fill out a new submission form and mark other and write in "MECHANICAL ERROR" we will fix that for you ASAP and send it back to you free of charge.
Hope this helps,
Mike
i sent in 2 cards that had something in the holder and they told me the same thing. put "mechanical error" on the invoice. It takes a couple days for turnaround time. The only thing you have to pay is to ship them to PSA , PSA will send them back registered mail at their expense. just be sure to describe the problem in detail so there is no gray area.
