Really strange question

Can an AU58 Franklin have FBL on the holder? The pops show that there are some AU58FBL coins out there. Being the "AU58 King of the Frankies", I have never gotten an AU58FBL. Is it just not given out any more?

    Yo Marty,

    Standing Liberty quarters are the only coins that have designations below MS60. The 10 AU58 FBL Franklins we show on the Population Report are errors. We'll correct them.
