Paypal sweepstakes question

I always notice the same pop up when using a credit card on paypal, asking if you want to use the card vs. your bank account and take yourself out of the running for the weekly drawing for $1000.
Do they list the winners? I've looked but can't find any other info regarding this sweepstakes.

I always use my bank account and I've never won anything. Being that Ebay and Paypal are a big part of my life, I like to avoid making them pay extra fees whenever possible. A profitable Ebay is good for all of us.

does anyone know if you can set your default to your credit card??? i get so annoyed having to always switch it.
