I like the "Kellogg" and "Tiffany" (although I don't know if there is a LOGO on the Dolly Madison commem) responses already offered. Although, I haven't seen the First in Flight (or whatever they are called) commems but I think the reverse of one of the coins may share the image used in the logo of the memorial foundation that sponsored the coin(s).

The Franklin half has "Pass and Stow" on the bell.

I don't think Kellogg appeared on a "non-circulating US coin" - it was a private mint issue. I took the question to mean a US Mint-made non-circulating coin (i.e. commem, Silver Eagle, etc.)

Franklin half is not the only circulation coin that has a private company name on it. You forgot the Bicentennial dollar which also has The Pass And Stowe name on it. On the second question, other than Tiffany &co on the Dolley Madison Dollar, Pass And Stowe on the Sesquicentennial half, Hudson Bay Company on the Ft Vancover half I can't think of one. But I haven't paid too much attention to the modern commems though so there could be others.
