Can the fields have one or two light (very tiny single hits) hits and still grade MS67?

Yes, if they're really tiny and you need a glass to see them. After all, MS67 is not perfect...and neither for that matter is MS68 or even MS69. But when you get to the MS 67 and above level the coins have to walk and talk and the differences between grades is a minute as the flaws.
