Did anyone else notice this nickel appears to have sold for $8500 plus 15% (=$9775)?!? It looks nice, but I'm amazed. Thoughts on what this means? Early Proof Jeff cameos going through the roof? Very deep pockets? Two careless typists?

I saw that too, the price jump from $950.00 to $8500.00 in a short time, maybe two people put in some extra zeros. Judging from this, your T2 should be worth at least 2x that.

Wow! That is a big price for an early cameo nickel.

Am I right in assuming coolkarma didn't have to pay that much to get his T2? I assume BNE paid a pretty penny for his T2 DCAM...

Sounds a little expensive.

I made a 1940 in 64CAm a few months ago. Thought it could ahve easily gone 66, but almost $9000, you've got to be kidding!
