Did anybody notice the new auction reporting system on eBay?

Looks like a step in the right direction, but I can see some potential for abuse.

Okay, now that I've read through the material, I guess it's really only for the Microsofts of the world to report eBayers stepping on their property rights toes. Doesn't do much for all the fraud that goes on.
