would a nice AU55ish 1937 off center cent be worth submitting?

It's off-center possibly 10% and has a tinge of red in the edge of the off-centered portion, below abe's bust.

I don't think so, but it is a pretty neat coin to have!

I got it in a batch of wheaties from a guy one time that knew I collected. It's pretty nice.

I'm trying to round up 4 coins for my freebies so I can submit them at baltimore and save on s/h!

Well, you can always give it a shot! If it was o/c by at least 20% I would say it's a definite.

I'd vote no. Unless you bought it dirt cheap, I doubt you would recoup your fees on resale. I've had a couple of similar coins and they sold in the $50 range.
