Glad I didn't

say anything to many ebay sellers I've bought from. I thought most overgdraded, still do. I just sat down and went over the ANA standards for Lincoln Cent grading. Big difference in how I interpreted the Red Book's grading and the ANA standards.
I've heard some say the Red Book standards were THE standard. Now I think most grade buy ANA's from what I have bought.

You hit the nail on the head Mike. For a real eye opener check the raw Lincolns on jjteaparty.com. I had some reservations about purchasing copper from these guys but when you sit down with a copy of the ANA grading standards, you'll see they are pretty strict on most of their offerings.

I've purchased several early Lincolns from them in mostly MS63 and have yet to be disappointed.
