Just a little crack can wreak havoc; had this happen to a blazer BU '60s silver Washington - a pinpoint, danged near invisible pinhole in the mylar window of a 2X2 created a pinpoint, ugly brown spot. A shame since, though not at all rare, it had relatively nice surfaces.
