Question about 2000 UD Legends Commemorative Collection Gold card

Beckett shows that there is a #44 Maravich Commemorative Collection Gold card. I have the regular #44 Maravich and the #44 32/50 Maravich Commemorative Collection card.
Can anyone tell me about the Gold version. I've heard it was 1 of 1, but I can't get Upper Deck to respond to my e-mails. Hopefully someone out there is familiar with this card and can tell me more about it.
