HSN Coins

HSN has coins on now. They just got through selling common date CC GSA Morgans slabbed MS62 by NGC for $400 + S/H. Now they are selling Binion hoard 1 lb. sealed bag of silver coins + 1 NGC slabbed Morgan + 1 NGC slabbed Peace for $300 + S/H. image

Don't they have any morals?

Update: Now they are selling the complete Ike BU/PR set for $470 + S/H in a nice case. I've seen these for about $250 or so!

I love and hate watching these guys. It's fun to see the cheesy, overpriced crap - like a TV version of the Littleton catalog. But then I always think of the people that are getting ripped off by these jerks, get really annoyed, and have to turn it off!

It's a regular Silver Proof set, in the correct box, BUT the certification card says that the nickel, quarter and half are clad, instead of silver, thus the "error".

The "error" is not on the coin, it's in the paperwork. And for this they wanted $99. Unreal...

Been selling on ebay for that and more. Still kicking myself for not buying 4 or 5 while at the Philly Mint!
