Anyone read the last page of the Numismatist this month?
It backs up it's dealers who display the ANA logo by statting that those dealers agree to abide by teh dealer code of ethics with refernce to selling coins in the following venues: E-Bay TM, coin shows, local coin shops or from ads in hobby publications.
It very clearly states that dealers who display this symbol in their advertising must "frequently publish my statement of return privileges."
We have had sevearl threads in the past few months fiercly debating e-bay return policies and their applicability to e-bay auctions. I think this clears up any confusion.

If I were bitter I'd start naming names etc, but I don't approach things in that manner. It's not the high road!
