I'm going to stake a WAG. Stamped over a Hard Times token?

Even in the small pic the feathers of the IH it was struck on stand out (above LIQUORS), so I'm guessing the date is easy to make out as well. What year is it?

Also what Paul said or could it possibly be struck with Indian head token clashed die?
I don't see any town or state mentioned on the token either just the street address?

After altering the image, it looks like it was struck on an 1861 IHC

Excellant eyes! It's struck over a 1861 IHC. The most common undertype is 1863. Other dates are tougher to find and aren't considered in the rarity scale. If anyone has underdates 1857, 1860 or 1864 available, I would appreciate a chance at them.
