Maybe PCGS just made a boo-boo! Like someone forgot to read the submission form!

Yes unless pcgs didn't look at the any in the min grade box's on the form.
I kind of think thats what happened because all the ones that crossed did at the same grade.
I will know for sure when I get then back I guess.
