How does one create a poll in a thread??

Anyone have any explicit instructions for a dummy to use to create a poll??

1) When you start a new topic and say whatever it is that you intend to say, there`s two boxes above " Attachments " and below " 'post message' - 'preview' - 'cancel' ".

2) Check the box that says " Create a poll for this thread "

3) Press the post button

4) You`ll go to a screen that has an area for your question and an area below to summerize or clarify if you care to do so. this will appear as the letter head inside the thread as well as the thread link.

5) When done with that, press " add poll "

6) Then you`ll be to a screen that gives you the oppertunity to give whatever multiple choice answers you choose to give. When your done with an answer, press " add answer " and repeat as needed.

7) when your done, press " finish poll ". When you press that, it will post your new thread with the poll you created. PS You`ll have to manually add " Poll: " in your letterhead in step 1.

Hope this is a good enough instruction to help out. You may want to go to the testing forum in case you run into any hiccups. It took about 3 or 4 times to get my first poll right.
