1971 Double Die Obverse Lincoln Cents..MS63+

Hello Hardcore Lincoln people,

I am asking for advice on the 1971 DDO Lincoln. What would a MS66 PCGS DDO 1971 penny be worth? I realize it is in the variety registry so this would be a new pop. 1 coin. What would it command? Second question.....what will MS63 and MS64's command? I have several interesting examples that I am considering for PCGS grading. What's your opinions?

    First, what was the grade of the 2 trugrade examples you got off eBay from 4323sammie? link1 link2 2nd, for a 63RB you might get around $400. For a 63RD maybe $500-750. For a 64RD, maybe $1,000-1,500. For a 65RD, maybe $2,000-2,500. If you hit the jackpot with a 66RD I'd think at least $2,500-$4,000.

    p.s. You know, except for the 64 you just must've made (boy was that a Tru-Grade score) - as the pop is now 8 but was 7 last week AFTER I had made 3 of them in the last few months - ever since the time the TOTAL POP was only 10, I've made 19 of the last 21 (1 of which is not even in the pop report yet) & mozeppa made another (& darn it I don't know who made the other other one). So I guess officially, I made 19 of the last 22. image

    p.p.s. Since the 64 I think you just made is one you sniped me on bid history, how about you tripling your money & selling it to me? image

    p.p.p.s. Honest congrats on having the "you know what's" to take a chance on that TruGrade stuff.

    Thanks for the info. I do not know what a snipe is though? I bid the old fashion way. Heck I can't even post pics on this darn website yet! Well I guess you'll soon know what I holding......Lincoln people are rabid over their pennies!!
