Does it look like a doubled die?
Also, do you like the coin as an MS66?

If it were doubled, and not a shadow, it's probably just machine doubling and not worth a premium, or really even an error.
As for the grade, the obverse is nice, the reverse has some spots... then again, the obverse at least could get a color bonus. I'd say more like 65.

PCGS is never wrong.
It must be a 66.
