1970 Topps Basketball is there any current interestout there?

I don't collect this set or follow it closely but wondering what the interest is in these cards at the present time? are there any high grade collections actively being worked on?

The reason I ask is i have a super clean pack that the seal has come loose, I am debating opening it , so I was wondering what the interest is if I pull some high grade cards , I am overdue to get some centered stuff I hope. thanks

The 1970 Basketball like their '69 counterpart have a tremendous following in high grade mint PSA cards. If your pack has already opened by itself, it may be worth your while. Who knows you may have a Maravich, Alcindor or a Chamberlain that is "9" worthy. Good Luck! ...jay

The psa 7's and 8's have fallen pretty dramatically as it seems there is a ton of it for sale each week over the past couple of months. They had been a little too pricey before though.
There are quite a good number of active collectors though, and I would think that it should garner more interest as it is a great set.
