Grades from across the street

I sent these morgans in to get them graded in the holder. They were received there on 11/5 so the turnaround time is really good! I know very little about grading coins but I am happy with the grades that I got.

My compliments. I've asked the question to David Hall on the Q&A boards TWICE now about why PCGS does not do "slabbing in place" on things like the GSA Morgans and Goodacre Sacagaweas. He has not answered my question. I think historic items like this should be preserved, and not reslabbed if it means destroying the original packaging.
