I happen to know that seller very well. I've bought from him numerous times on both eBay, and privately, and I can vouch for him being a good guy and a very knowledgable numismatist. So this listing has me mystified. He probably made some sort of mistake - maybe had a different coin in mind when he described it.
So that's what Andy's ebay ID is. Didn't know he sold there.

Although the coin is currently in rather deplorable condition, being a Maundy penny, it was minted as a Proof-Like coin.
