She wants a list of what was bad. politely i sent her alist of what was good . i was generaous and listed 3 things

1905 cent
1918 cent which really sucks but its better than waht i got
and the 1964 quarter

i told her the acceptable things
the kennedy hlaves teh 2 franklins and thats about all

all else was bad. shes like i have some lesser coins i can give. i dont know what you want .

she spent my money (apparently selling her collection partly of coins was to pay her bills as she starts her new job. im not sure i like where this is going any suggestions for me

see she dont have a reason to i wasnt the one who claimed to ahve good coins and then sent garb. then ignored me for a few days. and then says what do you want me to do. but ill keep you all posted if she fixes this ( somethings duct tape cant fix) ill let you all know and then by her customer service dept let you know the final rating of her

I read/remember your other thread.....question:
Are you sure she was ignoring you for several days? Was she actively posting and sending other emails or receiving other emails?

I thought I would have to be out of town after last Thursday and so was prepared to be unable to be on email for a week (family thing) and turns out I won't be leaving until Tuesday, but i will still be out of touch for most communications (esp email) until that Friday night/saturday.
Maybe she was same way? Maybe her ISP/connection had problems (mine was down for 2 solid days once). Maybe she just didn't log on because she was busy or tired?

If it was for weeks, I could understand, but for a few days, there may be a reason.

Looks like she is trying to work things out....maybe she had an honest mistake and sent what she thought was good? Is she an accomplished collector? SHOULD her definition and idea of the coins be the same as yours or mine or others on this forum?

I think it is good you are sticking up for yourself, I think it is good that she has asked you what you thought was bad and is trying to look into her items for replacement.
Question...how much did the whole deal cost you? If she spent it, but it wasn't much, she should be able to skip a few lattes if she really wanted to refund you.

$40 witha scanner $20 without. shes telling me that she has lesser grade coins. she was on aol chat rooms since the deal but she seems to avoid me all together. maybe ti was me. when i brought up the deal in IM (i didnt want ot discuss teh deal details in the room) i woudlnt hear anythign back yet shes saying just hi once to me and thats end of communication till the next day. what gives there. i just dont know what i should be looking for in coins when 3 of like 40 where worth only face value. cuase of problems. i ahve a 1943 half that was polished and worn to at least g-4. the polished coin much be hurt by the idea it was polished ( and it said POLISHED in big black letters on the case i think she had to have realized it. and the other oens that said damaged. unless im dealing with someone who cant see. oculd be possible. i dontk now . i think theres one persons i know of in here that is also from that AOL chatroom. too . time will tell see what i can do with her.

Maybe the lady you were corresponding with had the same problem with you that I do....Sir, your spelling and punctuation and literal chopping up of the English language makes you darned near impossible to understand or comprehend...

put them in your pocket and spend them next time you buy coffee or something - for a $20 deal getting 40 coins, what did you expect?

sorry bout the way i type. i forget to use the periods like one should. half the time the typing takes alot longer on this computer cause my connection sucks.i have to wait for my computer screen to catch up to what i am typing. for all i just wrote i had to wait about 30 seconds. im on 56k and it really bites. i dont tend to capital my letters cause im mostly lazy. the only place my tpying and the screen dont match is here. aol its fine seems on any message board its bad. maybe i should write my postings BEFORE i paste here. i notice that too that i type is not the clearest and correcting it here makes for alot of time and annoyence on my pc. but thanks for the line.

i was hoping for common years cents a few readable nickels in G-4 to vg8 maybe just to fill in years im missing . what i got i feel is WAY different than what i was expecting. $20 i expected 10 or 20 common year g to vg coins of any denom.

you need to check out the B/S/T board on here more often. Not all of it is hi grade stuff. I've bought some nice circulated stuff from numerous people on there for my boy!
