where to get 2003 nickles

does anyone know how to get new nickles ?
all the banks and credit unions only have old circulated nickles
and on eBay they are double face value for them.

im looking for regular nickles that you would normaly be able to get from a bank,
but no one seems to have 2003 nickles, im trying to get them at face value,

Lightening 101, Virg Marshall III in Neb. would probably be your best bet he usually has all the new denom. coins by the rolls at about twice face value or so. 402-645-3341
