Severo's weekly random coin (41-03)

Hello everyone!
After a long long period of silence I'm resuming my weekly coins... there'll be two or more each week until I catch up with the calendar.
Here's one from a small group of coins I brought from my recent trip to Italy. What's funny about this purchase is that the coins was marked as 'Molto Raro' (Very Rare) in the dealer's album but when I asked him about the price, he took it out of the album without looking at the label, examined the coin for a couple of seconds and said, 'three euros'. I couldn't pass.
The white spots are not on the coin, it's the dust on the scanner. I also had to adjust the brightness because the coin is too dark.
This week's coin
Obverse
Reverse
Austria 1 kreuzer 1858
KM#: 2186
Composition: copper
Mint marks: M (Milan)
This type minted: 1858-1863, 1873, 1878-1879, 1881
Edge: plain
Alignment: medal
Diameter: 19.5 mm
Grade (estimate): VF
Krause value: 7.00
Storage: Hartberger self-adhesive 2x2 holder (soon to be replaced by SaFlip)
Place and time of acquisition: Rome, 2003
Comments: Coins of this type struck at Milan and therefore bearing the M mint mark were minted in 1858 and 1859 only
Any comments are appreciated
