Awards - Best of Set Versus Best of Era

Aren't awards given for the highest rated set in each year and category listed?

Secondly, Frank Bakka on his 72 Topps won highest rated set in 2002, which is listed. I believe he also won best Set for the Modern Era in Baseball. Shouldn't he have another icon there for that?

When Frank wins the 2003 Award for the 72 Topps will it show both the 2002 and the 2003 icon?

For those that have moved down within each category, won't the 2002 icon still appear and the leader show a 2003 icon?

Just wondering.

  • I would vote to leave the 2002 Winner Icon up. This would show a clear historical and be kinda neat. I suppose though, down the road, that Frank could have 5 or 6 icons on that set and room for them would become a real factor.
Last 2 years listed would e great.
