Does PCGS figure in the stagecoach ride when grading CC mintmarked Morgan 1$?

The ANA says that CC mintmarked Morgan 1$'s have more nics and dings than the rest of the Morgan 1$ series because they were transported in mint bags by stagecoach. The rough stagecoach ride is what caused all the extra chatter on these coins. The ANA says that this should be considered when grading CC Morgan 1$'s. Does PCGS give CC Morgan 1$'s an extra 1/2 to 1 point for the stagecoach ride when grading these coins?

    In my 42 years in the coin market that's the first time I've heard that theory. I do not believe CCs are more prone to bag marks than other issues.

    PCGS grades all Morgans by the same standard, as far as marks go.
