    Not according to Krause, but French FDC sets have been selling for crazy money lately. Obviously the supply isn't enough to meet demand. image

    I think that this one in particular IS scarce; I don't know how high it'll go though.If it wasn't scarce,there wouldn't be so many bidders,right?
