What is a 1959-P Roosevelt worth in 67FB?
67?
66FB?
All white coins, one with a shot at 68 (and I've made 2 68's at PCGS years ago when there were only 4-5 in the series).
I also owned the one 59-P that is graded MS68. Several of these are nicer, but I think the 59 was a mistake (not a proof mistake as some think, but an overgrading error)
Thanks!
James

b/c there are over 100 66fb ones, a 68fb would be a major score

As far as a MS68FB....it would be a pop-1 and would command a significant premium over a MS67FB coin......I'd love to see one made!
If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
The 59-P was purchased 10-12 years ago from teletrade for about $400 ( a then unheard of sum). The coin was a no doubt MS coin. It was toned a very bright yellow if I recall it correctly. It had great luster, but had more marks than I would like for a 68. I have no idea about the bands on the coin.
The other coins that I made were a 64-D in 68 around that time period and a 51 or 52-S in 68. All colored coins with outstanding color!
Hope that helps!
Thanks for the price quotes. I'll let you know when the coins come back!
