David,
What happens if a coin is sent in for crossover, the graders agree to cross it, but then after it is cracked, oops, there is a problem that was not detected when it was graded in the holder, and the now raw coin does not meet the minimum grade authorized by the submitter?
Thanks,
Greg

In that case we would make a financial settlement with the submitter based on the terms of our grading guarantee.
