Best Non-sports Set of the Year - West Coast- 1962 Topps Mars Attacks

That's Bill Mastro's set. It was supposedly sold in his last auction, but I believe he still owns it. Since it was best Non-Sports set last year, I don't think it is fair that it again win the best set award.

I may be mis-remembering, but I think if a set is labeled as HOF it isn't eligible to win set of the year again, so Merkel's 52s won't win again.
