new nickel designs next week

Mint will announce new nickels for 2004 next week. is this new, or am I behind?? cheers, alan mendelson

From the information I read (either NN or CW) there will be no new design 2003. It seems the mint has run out of time. The hand shake is gone, and the ships are in for 2004.

I was told designs for 2004. I dont know if that means one nickel or two, and no mention about 2003 change. cheers, alan

Its been on CNN that there will indeed be 2 new nickels for the year 2004.
