I need a new web host. ANY suggestions??

For those that have viewed my web site in the past should know that it's pretty big. I'm not sure of the MBs that I'm using, but there are alot of links and thumbnails on my site. Can anyone suggest a great web host that is free, and preferrably one without popups or ads??
