    on the surface, it could be argued shill bidding's occurring via lakers______- the joe w/0 feedback. it could also be argued that it's false advertising since your average joe ebayer who is a few fries short of a happy meal, doesn't like to be bothered w/pesky things like reading the full auction description.

    or it could be argued that your average joe ebayer is a few fries short of a happy meal and dserves to be screwed like that. either way, i wouldn't list something like that b/c i prefer to let my auctions stand on their own merit rather than "falsely hyping" them.
