Definitely fake. It doesn't really look like it is made of silver either. But still a neat piece. I actually collect stuff like that. I have an older Italian-made *1929* Peace dollar.

Both sides are very crude representations of a design from a different coin. What would make anyone think there was anything real to it? I don't collect either of those series and can see at a glance that it's a crude fake of a coin that never existed.
Does the coin open up to hold something? I've seen them that opened and were used to hide opium. If so, it was made in the orient in the late 1800's to early 1900's.
