Paypal account suspended?

I received an e-mail indicating there was a security problem with my Paypal account and they wanted some information. Is this a hoax?
Strong buyer of 1970 Kelloggs Football & 1971 Kelloggs Baseball and Football. Please help me find cards!
I have a few hundred extra PSA graded 1971 Kellogg's cards. E-mail for price list. Looking for 1970 Topps Supers in PSA 9 too.

    I would NOT respond to the email or go to any links within the email.

    Rather, I would simply log into your paypal account. If there are any issues with your account, the paypal website will prompt the correct course of action.

    Again, do not respond to the email or click any links in the email.

    Don't answer any emails. Go to the actual site and sign in like you ususally do and you can see if there is a problem.

    This stuff is constantly going on with ebay, which now owns paypal.

    I've received a half dozen or so of these e-mails over the last month. Some have been from PayPal, while others have been from eBay. Like everyone else had said, DO NOT REPLY to any of these messages. This is a pretty blatant attempt at identity theft!

    It is a scam . I usually forward any of these type of emails to spoof@ebay.com . They will send you back a response saying it is a scam plus hopefully it helps them catch some of these people

    Forward the email to spoof@paypal.com.
    I get them from ebay and paypal about every month or two.
    Probably high schoolers doing it out of the high school library.

    These e-mails ARE NOT from e-bay nor paypal, just disguised to look that way.

    click..DELETE....or foward to the spoof addreses.
