OK -Here goes - I think I got it!

imageimage Hopefully, above this you see images of my favorite coin! It took most of the afternoon, fiddling around with my old digital camera and ancient copy stand, along with technical assistance from my daughter.....I just hope that the beautiful toning shows somewhat true - it's kinda similar to that Oregon Trail coin we saw at Pgh, Keets. (not quite as dramatic,tho) P.S.- special 'THANK YOU' to Skipper53 for the message! This could really increase my enjoyment by sharing some of my special examples with all of you! My fingers are crossed..................

    Are you guys jerkin' me around??!! I see a reverse of a 1917 Standing Liberty quarter on the first post (along with a red x), and the obverse on my next effort.

    I uploaded them to yahoo pictures, then cut & pasted address to the box for pictures above the post.

    Labmom - My wife just pulled out a couple of pictures of our first dog the other day- a black lab - lived to be damn near 15 years...brought a tear to my eye . Haven't had a dog that could sniff his butt since!

    Some web hosts won't show pictures at all, like Angelfire. Others have bandwidth limitations, like geocities. I don't know about Yahoo, but you might have exceeded your bandwidth already, and so it won't show the picture.
