PCGS grading Wildlife Medals

Has PCGS always graded this type of item? I saw a Eagle Wildlife Medal on Ebay that Graded MS 67. Do they use the same grading system on the Medals as they do on coinsimage

    We have always graded the Mint issued medals, such as the American Art series. We use the same standards for all coins we grade.
