David-
The above link is on the coin forum. It shows a picture of a 1922, No D Cent with strong reverse and is noted as cleaned on the holder.
My question is.....when did PCGS start this type of grading? Is this new a new option at PCGS? If it is, I think it is a super idea.
If it is not a new feature, then I assume this was done because of the rarity of the coin?
Thanks. Richard.

Russ is right. This is a body bag tag that inadvertently got slabbed. It's a PCGS mistake.
