Don't worry this is not a religious statement!
Just curious, if we say on our submission form "cross and any grade" and get a DNC does this mean a bodybag if it was submitted raw.
The reason I ask is:
I have a rare circ Morgan, key date in a no net grade ANAcs f 15 holder, however, I think it has been cleaned a long time ago. There are hairlines evident on both sides but the overall eye appeal is not that bad. It is not obvious. I would like the coin in PCGS holder because even at a lower grade it will still be good for resale someday.

Yes, if a coin gets a DNC on a cross at any grade, it would be a bodybag if submitted raw.
