GSA VAM #?

Doing a little cataloging/scrutinizing tonight....... came across a 82 CC GSA with very pronounced doubling on the upper lip and what appears to be repunching of the upper left of the second 8 in the date...... This coin also has an apparent die clash, but none of the mentioned traits appear to be related to the clash.......
Here's an oddity...... a second 82 CC GSA I pulled out has EXACTLY the same characteristics..... so obviously its not rare, but what are the odds ? !!!!!

It also has a rotated die with dual die clashes on the reverse.
I have not been able to find any VAM # for it.
