Something for you Frankie lovers (no accounting for taste) - 1956 proof.

Just pulled from a proof set that came in today:

Click for large reverse image.
Very deep mirrors - the kind that PCGS just loves to see. The reverse is solid DCAM, the obverse is right on the cusp. It has a single small hairline below the bust on the obverse, as well as the polish on the cheek and high points of the hair that is frequently seen on these.
I think it'll either grade 66DCAM or 67CAM. Other opinions welcomed.

Yours looks more like a 67 or 68, although I can't tell about any hairlines (they can be hard to see in a picture). Nice coin.
<< <i>Breaks in the frost is a no-no for DCAM >>
That's a common misconception. PCGS will, and frequently does, forgive minor frost fade when offset by ultra deep mirrors. They decide the designation on the overall "look" of the coin and, while uninterupted frost is important, it is not the be-all end-all for getting a coin in to a DCAM holder.
I'd bet that if you submitted that coin 10 times, it would likely be a 68DCAM half the time and a 69CAM the other half.

<< <i>but it has small breaks on the high points in the hair. >>
Every single DCAM 56 I have seen has these very same breaks, I have yet to see a 56 DCAM that doesn't, and I have seen and owned many many examples.
