Do the grading services not use the RD, RB and BN designations on Flying Eagle Cents?

I've been looking around at these, and they don't have that on the holder. Is that just a fluke on the couple that I've looked at?

Here's a PCGS graded example.

    No- the same goes for IHC's 1859-1864... it didn't have enough copper back then, as I've heard... only the copper gets the designation.

    The composition has 12% Nickel and designations are not needed. The color seems to mellow down from when it's new, but not like red to rb to brown.
