Probably 63. The weak areas on the sails are not wear, by the way. This area is commonly weak in BU Columbians.

Before I would say anything, I would need to see how the luster lays on the coin -

possibly cleaned/polished and retoned but I doubt it - luster would tell

possibly AU58 or MS63/64 depending on how the luster was on the reverse side - middle lower/right section of sail - luster intact ->MS luster broken -> AU
