A question about NGC and GSA coins.

I know this is not the NGC forum but I cant log into the boards over there. My question is this: On the NGC submission forms it says "GSA holdered dollars must be submitted on separate forms". Does that mean a separate form for each dollar or that GSA dollars have to be on a form separate from non-GSA coins? I know this is probably just semantics but I want to get it right the first time.

Thanks in advance ....

I assume that because NGC grades the GSA coins without removing them from the GSA-slab, they want them on a separate submission form (but you can list as manny as you want as long as they're all GSAs).

  • cosmos66,
I submitted some of these for a fellow club member at the Baltimore ANA show. They used the same submission form, listed the dates and figured the cost the same as any other submission. You send only the coin in the slab. Keep the boxes and cards at home. You must send in at least 5 GSA's.

  • Thanks for the info Gary. As it turns out I happen to have 5 GSA's to send in. I am using my five free early bird coupon for joining NGC. Thanks again, Paul

  • Paul,
I believe that you can save 10% if you do your submission form online. Might want to check it out.
