Well, found this as well, it appears to have some sort of tape or glue on front.

I can't make out much on the wheat stalks....
are the lines all there????

looks to be around a Fine or maybe a touch better guessing from your pics.

if the lines aren't all quite there.............VG10.
I used to have an anacs one missing just a smidge of the lines that was VG10.

someone here may be able to tell you how to "Safely" attempt to remove the gunk on it.

it still will probobly bring in some big bucks on ebay, even the really crappy ones sell for $100

I cant see the reverse well enough to grade accurately. Looks like a Fine-12 to me!

Definitely just leave it; I don't think anything that can be attempted on it would do much but harm it, and you are correct in that it should fetch a decent price on ebay currently.
